ECOtanka has exclusive distributor agreements in some countries for the sales of its products.  In this case we would need to forward you to the retailers within your country for the product you are wanting to purchase.  If the product you are wanting to purchase is not listed in your country for purchase, then we can ship to your country. 

We offer a number of different shipping methods in order to ship to different parts of the world.  For a complete list of shipping suppliers we have available please check out our Shipping section.

This will depend on your country and your location within your country, also the shipping method you select.  The cheaper the shipping price the longer it will take.  Normally 10 - 30 days.  To see an updated list of estimated shipping time please visit our Shipping section. 

Unfortunately not at this stage.  The more expensive the shipping the higher the chance your shipment will have track and trace.
With our cheaper shipping options the track and trace can be disjointed, meaning we can see part one of the shipment and you will be able to see part 2 of the shipment.  In this case we will try and keep your account order shipping status updated until a better option is found.

ECOtanka.shop has accounts with Stripe and PayPal, which gives you access to make a payment using a number of different payment gateways.  At the bottom of the web page, we show a list of available payment method icons.  Also, we will allow bank transfer and digital payments such as Crypto soon.

No.  ECOtanka.shop does not have access to your personal payment details, nor do we collect and store your payment details, this is all handled by our third-party payment suppliers.

No, you can place an order without creating an account, however, you can tick a check box in the checkout to have the system create an account for you.  This is a good idea to have an account, so you have a record of your purchase with us.

Placing an order is very easy, just find the product you want, then select the Quantity you want to buy and just click Add to Cart. Adding to cart is a safe way to make a purchase so you can do a final check to make sure you have selected the right product, and you are 100% sure of the purchase before making payment.

This can be a tricky question at times.  The short answer is yes, however, if our warehouse has already processed your order, it will be impossible to change or cancel your order.  But if it has not been processed by our warehouse and you have contacted us in time we can change or cancel your order. 

The short answer is Yes, you can return your purchased product.  However, the cost in returning a product back to us could be a lot more expensive than the cost of the product.  For more information, please see our refund policy page.

Dropshipping works if you have a business or want to start a business were you advertise our products for sale on your website or social media platform.  You sell our products at a retail price and buy our products from us at a discounted price.  The advantage is you do not need to buy and hold stock that can be very costly and time consuming.
